With the deepening reform of China's higher education system and the listing of "the exploration of the construction model of open universities" as the key project of the national education system reform,the traditional educational administration management model in the past has been unable to meet the needs of new forms of development with the rapid development of educational information technology.Therefore,it is an important way to enhance the management level of teaching and educational administration to enhance the scientific awareness of managers and change their thinking.At the same time,the use of advanced educational information technology and the development of a comprehensive teaching and educational administration management information system are beneficial measures for deepening the reform.This article focuses on the analysis of actual needs and functional design,merging and coordinating the resources of our school's original educational administration system,integrating the educational administration data of the headquarters and more than 40 schools,and designing the educational administration management system covering a variety of student types.Firstly,this article introduces the research background and significance of educational administration management system,the development status and future trend of educational administration management system at home and abroad,and outlines the technical route of the system.Secondly,it makes a detailed analysis of the system requirements and draws business flow charts of functional modules;expounds the design objectives and principles of the system,describes the design of functional modules of the system in detail,describes the main entities,and gives the main data tables;introduces the system operating environment,system interface,and the system management module,student status management module,course management module and course selection management module.At the same time,some functions are tested in detail,and the security of the application system is evaluated.Finally,it summarizes the research results andinnovations of the system,as well as the existing shortcomings of the system,and looks forward to the future direction of improvement.The system is developed with B/S structure,LINUX is used as the operating system on the server side,Oracle 11 g is used as the database server,Java programming language and Java technology on the server side are used for development,computer and mobile phone login are supported,information collection and statistics are done well,which lays a foundation for further data mining.The first phase of the system has been put into use,the educational administration management process is further smooth,more standardized and standardized,and the efficiency and level of educational administration are further improved,which has a strong application value.
