Development And Application Of Dynamic Signal Processing Control

Signal Processing is the main method to extract fault feature information. These information become the base for further way to diagnose machine fault and take measures to prevent machine fault. In order to overcome the shortcoming of development of large-scale software: non-re-useful code, long developing cycle, low reliabilities, deep research is conducted on development and application of dynamic signal process control.COM-based ActiveX technology was applied to the software development of dynamic signal analysis control. Each signal analysis method is compiled as a independent control. Flexible communication is obtained between different software module. Each control can be affiliated to different project and other software module function can't be affected. So modularization dynamic signal analysis software development was achieved.Three layers Browser/Server structure was applied to web-based remote dynamic signal analysis. Asp and ActiveX control was run on the server side. On the Client side, signal analysis ActiveX control was downloaded to implement real-time machine monitoring and fault signal analysis. Wiger-Ville Distribution is applied to process non-stationary signal. Lots of ways of attenuating interference term are compared. Interference term attenuation is used in the gear-box fault diagnosing and good performance is achieved.At last, the dynamic signal analysis control is directed to compressor fault diagnosing on the spot. Time domain, frequency domain and time-frequency domain are analyzed and good conclusion is acquired.The research of dynamic signal analysis control not only improves the signal analysis ability in machine fault diagnosing, but also facilitatessoftware development and achieved software re-use.
