With the aim of guiding the development actions in the distributedManagement Information System (MIS) field better, I summarized andobtained some available theory result from real CDMIS projects. The paperfocuses on three key techniques: three-tier architecture and componentstechnique, Role Based Access Control technique and workflow systemtechnique. This paper discusses both the basic theories and the realizedschemes of all these technology. The workflow system technique is theemphasis of this article. In the chapter about the three-tier architecture and componenttechnique, at first, I introduce the general situation about thedevelopmental history of soft-architecture: from one-tier architectureto C/S model, then three-tier architecture. Secondly, I tell of theorganization form, virtues and shortcomings of all these models. At last,I introduce the structure form, peculiarity, and realized scheme andrunning way of three-tier architecture in detail, I also introduce therelative components technique in brief. In the chapter about the Role Based Access Control technique, at first,I introduce the theoretical model. Secondly, I tell of its realized schemein CDMIS, include the grounded theory and some main control tables'structure. In the chapter about the workflow system technique, at first, Iintroduce its keystone. Secondly, I expound two different realized blueprints in CDMIS. One of them is the special system which aims at thoselong and complex flow processes. This system mainly includes three modules:flow modeling, flow running and flow monitoring. Another system aims atthose short and simple flow courses. This system Apply Extended Role BasedAccess Control technology on short workflow operations, it use role serialnumber to control workflow operations. These research fruits are valuable in guiding development actions ofdistributed Management Information System (MIS) and have scientific valuein some degree. My next research fields are data storehouse and datamining technology, which focus on decision-making support.
