The development in such technology as automation, computer, communication, network, etc., give automatic control system structure great change, make it has higher theory value and applied value to research and set up industry network. The paper explains theory and practice knowledge of three kinds of commonly control systems in industrial control at present --CCS, DCS and FCS. Uses the concept of the virtual instrument to design a centralized control system based on RS485 bus and designs temperature control network system based on RS422A field bus and some intelligent temperature control instruments. Analyzed its system structure and its communication protocols specific.The control strategy of PID is extensive application at present in the industrial control. But PID control has difficulty in parameter tuning. The paper considers this question mainly. The paper introduces the theory knowledge of PID, the classical Z-N method and the reason for commonly application of PID controller in industry firstly. Then designs two kinds of methods in parameter tuning of PID -- self-tuning PID control and intelligent PID control. The former includes Recurrence Extension Least Squares Methods (RELS), simplex method and Genetic Algorithm. The latter uses the relevant theories of Fuzzy Control and Neural Networks, designs Fuzzy PID control and Single Neuron PID control. All algorithms carry through emulation and analysis on two kinds of typical plants in industry on the paper.
