Generally, The electronic governmental affair means the government reform the traditional "governmental affairs" and regroup business processes with modern management thoughts. It utilizes information and corresponding technique adequately to integrate the governmental management and services by network. It can surpass the restriction of time, space and department partition, provides high quality, regularly, transparent and international standard matched governmental management and serves to the society and public.With the electronic technique advanced continuously and the change of the governmental function, the past electronic governmental affairs system needs to improve whatever in the structure, expand capability, maintenance, resource usage and share etc for the purpose of the new demand of the situation.So we need to further research and discuss how to set up a more reasonable electronics governmental affairs system. The forum is built for this purpose; It expects to provide a place for the public to research and discussion.This system is called "the electronic forum system of JiLin province electronic governmental affairs".
