A Design Of The Multi-layer Security System Of Governmental Affairs Information Network

This thesis analyzes the security risk of the municipal E-govemment network of Chengdu, reports the specific security demands of the network, and defines the objectives of the network. Applying the modem security theory and technology, build an integrated secure network with multi-layer protocol and multi-level structure. And design a security management plan which is very import in the whole security system. Part of the plan has been implemented. It won the province/ministry-level's first-level prize for the advanced technology in 2000, and won the second-level national prize of the advanced technology in 2001.Because of the diversification of the E-govemment network's application, there are still some flaws in the application-layer's security which need to be resolved in the further work.
