The Transitional Strategy And Realization Of Electronic Governmental Affairs Of The Education System In Henan Province From IPv4 To IPv6

Today, with the high-speed development of the network, electronics governmental affair is applied widely, which is a innovate engineering that making use of modern network and information technology to promote the reformation of governmental affairs and the reform of the government management system.The electronics governmental affair is one of the applications of network technology, which is constructed in light of existing IPv4 network. The researchers have revising the new protocol, i.e. IPv6, to correct a lot of IPv4's defects in performance which have been found with the high-speed development of the internet. However, because the IPv4 edition is widely used worldwide and it is impossible that IPv6 replace IPv4 immediately, the most feasible scheme is that IPv6 and IPv4 coexist until IPv6 takes place of IPv4 entirely.The electronics governmental affairs of the education system in Henan province are investigated in this dissertation, and some unsolvable problems are discovered when IPv4 is adopted in the electronics governmental affairs. And then, taking the Henan University campus network as the example, how to link the IPv4 network and the IPv6 network is analyzed, and the performance of pure IPv6 is tested. The contributions of the thesis mainly include:1.By investigating the construction, the function and the application actuality of the electronics governmental affairs of the education system in Henan province, some problems are found, such as the application level of the software is low, system exploitation is not perfect, the generality of the software is not well, etc, and I give my own opinion on them. The problems of the security and the mobility which can not be solved in IPv4 can be solved in IPv6. So it is necessary to implement the electronics governmental affairs in IPv6.2.The principle model of the GRE tunnel is brought up, and the GRE tunnel between the Network Center Office of Henan University and Network Center Office of Henan Province is established successfully in experiment.
