"Transparent Factory" based on the Modbus TCP/IP of Industrial Ethernet standard and the technical of Web ,based information technique(IT) and communication technical to establishment autocontrol network. It is complete to satisfy the request of the modern factory that build a complete automatization, communication, network factory. The application layer adoption Modbus communication protocol, tumble in the Web technology in industry automatization, and install the Web Server in automatization, it is easy to gained the different operate system that the data of contral, and it also easy to visited to ask data the scene of the industry by the public network, system structure based Web make the industry data more synchronous, network integration become easy, and also can easy to control network of data stream."Transparent factory" is wide-open, it can seamless interlink MES and ERP in all automatization's surroundings. Pass the software exploiture and the network protocol, stations the whole control and the operation stand the HMI unifies to draw up the address of IP, and easy to visit the share data of different system. At the software design, setting the hardware state and important technical parameters of the system in the Web, the equipments maintenance and production handler can pass the network system realizing long-distance interview, understand the condition of different system in time, actualizing the whole transparency of system, namely" Transparent Factory".The sintering of Kun Gang think to build the modern factory of a complete automatization, communication, network, for the sake of the better applied current system of PLC, decline low cost, all adopt original SHI NAI4 DE2 the Schneider electricity company 984, the Quantum series PLC control system, Combine the raw material field and sintering, the ball regiment system craft characteristics, automate to control the systemdesign as four class network systems:0 classes the spot class(the equipments net) is automate network,PLC adopt MB+ and S908 long range control nets, DCS adopt HF bus and V nets.One class is process control class, adopting industry ethernet, bridge is joined the MB+ of PLC and V net of DCS , it's mainly fulfill collecting and manipulation the process data, operating and tailing production, control and alarm, communication medium adopt fiber and wireless.Second class is management class, adopt the 100 M ethernet, it connect the raw material field, sintering, ball regiment and office LAN, mainly complete instauration and calculating intent optimize the model of process control,software programme and debugging, production administer, report forms prints etc. function, communication medium adopt fiber .The third class network connects: be joined INTERNET, reserve joined ERP , realization long-distance real time of tail.
