The Research And Implementation Of Network Manufacturing Resource Management System

Network manufacturing is the outcome of economic globalization and information revolution ages. It is the effective way for manufacturing enterprises to improve their capabilities of innovation and market competition. Firstly, the relationship between networked manufacturing and ASP service was analyzed. Secondly, the definition of the manufacturing resources and the establishment principle of manufacturing resources model were analyzed. And the classified model was established. With the discussions to evaluation methods of available resources and the confirmation to the basic elements of evaluation, an optimizing deployment strategy for manufacturing resources was presented. Finally, by using some programming technologies such as JSP, ORACLE and JAVA, a manufacturing resource system was established.
