The Research And Implementation Of Video Signal Analysis System Based On DSP

Although the fast development of digitalization of broadcast television is going on in our country, analog devices and digital devices will be used mixed in a period. The output of television is huge in our country, and the need for product measurement devices is huge as well. Now the analog video measurement devices in domestic market are mainly imported products, which price is very high and it can't meet the need of large scare usage. To meet the need of measuring broadcasting television products, we should research and development low cost analog video analyst system as quick as possible. It cannot only supply a gap domestic product, but also can be the base for the researching of next generation digital television measurement device. So it is an important research topic.Firstly the principle and latest developments in this kind of product internal and external of analog video analysis system are introduced in the paper. And then main modules of this system are analyzed. Secondly analog video data acquisition scheme of this system is provided. Aiding the feature of that high-speed data acquisition module is the main factor which affects whole cost of system, a low cost acquisition is introduced in the paper. Then the designation process of hardware and software is showed in detail. The module of analog video signal acquisition, processor ADSP-BF531, the control part CPLD and USB data transmission interface in whole modules are mainly introduced. Finally how to debug software and hardware is showed in the paper.The feature and development process of ADSP-BF53x, which are digital signal processors produced by Analog Device Incorporation, are presented deeply. The external devices are A/D converter, FLASH program memory device, SDRAM data memory device and USB interface chip. They are composed as a low cost scheme for this analog video analysis system.The experiences we made prove that this system can analyse analog video signal and calculate parameters of them that provided by national standard.
