Recently, the development of digital technology brings a revolution to the information industry. The revolution not only changes the way of information communicating , but also changes peoples lives style, production style and thinking way. TV area as a application branch of high techniques changes a lot. The developments of Digital TV, High Definition TV, Networks, Satellite and computer promote TV program's quality, product ability and working rate greatly. It also enlarges channel resources.By rules of China, every province level TV station should begin to use digital platform in 2005. Digital platform of Tianjin TV Station was constructed in 2004. In March 2005, Digital Platform was employed formally. This thesis which links to the construction of TJTV digital platform discussed the video processing, store and transmission. The thesis emphasizes on some new technology and new equipments. We researched JDSM's application deeply; Compared with SDI and ASI interfaces, we choose equipment for DVB System; Furthermore, Digital TV Marker is used in the system. By testing, its outcomes stand out: (1) JDSM achieves data management and transformation from online store to near-line store. (2) For the Video Server supports ASI interfaces, it suits to create increment work. (3) Digital TV Marker breaks away from cipher manufacturer, TV station control screen information to boost service qualification.The thesis expatiates digital TV theory and the layout of TJTV Digital Platform systematically. Accomplishment of TJTV Digital Platform demonstrates the realization of digitalization and network connections. It sampled to depart production, store and broadcast, which is an active explore for TJTV Media System.
