| Combining with my teacher's important project in Shan'xi province"The integrative equipment of fault diagnosis of dual local ventilation fans and automatic switch",The Monitoring Control System for Dual ventilation Local -fans Based on DSP is studied in this paper. Based on analyzing the domestic and overseas local ventilation fans systems and aimed at management and control request of safety production in mine, a dual local ventilation fans control system using DSP is designed, and the whole system design scheme is given. Using data fusion technology, a method of error diagnostic data processing is given in dual local ventilation fans system, and the hardware and software of the dual local ventilation fans system are developed by using the TMS320LF2407A DSP chip of TI and CAN network bus.According to intelligent detection system and data fusion technology, a data processing method is given in system fault diagnosis and data processing, which adopts Grubbs's criterion and weighted data fusion. The data contained negligence error is eliminated by Grubbs's criterion. Next, the weights are determined using weighted data fusion algorithm. Then fusion estimation has been calculated, and the fault is diagnosed. It has been proved that this data fusion algorithm has advantages in accuracy of calculated result, simpleness, high real-time performance, easy programming and so on.In hardware, based on analyzing the controlled object, the whole hardware platform is designed using TMS320LF2407A as core controller, including the power supply module, DSP peripheral circuit module, and control circuit module and hardware anti-jamming module. The software achieves all the functions of system, which is designed and debugged in the CCS IDE of DSP. It realizes the error signals sending by programmable CAN controller and accomplishes the transducer speed control by using the timer management module to output PWM. Otherwise, the flow charts of function module and some source codes is gaved in this paper.The running stability of system , the correctness of designing and all the intending functions were demonstrated by experiments and feasibility testing for the monitoring Control device of dual local ventilation fans.The system can realize the alarm, control and switch for the multi-gas superstandard and ventilation trouble in coal mine, and has a good promotion value. |
