Mine local ventilator is the most important electromechanical device in the tunneling working surface of the mine. Its work quality drops will directly lead great threat to working surface of the mine. Ventilators controlled in simple way can't realize real safety inventilation. The article will realize intelligent control of the mine local ventilator in the parts as enhancing the control performance, realizing energy conservation goal. Fuzzy control algorithm and computer control technology is used in the article. It realizes the intellectualized control of local ventilator. Mine local ventilator realizes its maximize efficiency under the premise of ensuring safety.This paper analyzed the working principle of the inverter, Selected SPWM technology combined with fuzzy control algorithm, designed Frequency Control System using high performance digital signal processor as the hardware platform according to the requests of the system realizes functions as gathering and processing the signals, system protection as well as automatic velocity modulation. It has completed system's software and hardware design, carried on the analysis to system's software and hardware disturbance and proposed the resistance disturbance plan. It carried on the analysis to the dead-time effect and proposed an effective compensating process. It has carried on the analysis to the syntype voltage in harmonic component in the output voltage, and then designed a new plan of adjustable sine wave inverter output filter. This strengthened the system antigambling ability and improved the control effect. At last, it proposes the next step work content on the basis of this article.
