A Study On Humanism In Criminal Cases Report

With the historical process of China's social development, criminal cases report has experienced its development of the initial stage in 80s into a rapid growth and prosperity in 90s, suffering enough from difficulty and arduousness and making considerable progress at the same time. At present, criminal cases report is gaining more and more attention from the media and it has become a spotlight of journalist communication. Criminal news report not only wins a large market and brings desirable profit, but also offers an opportunity for people in journalism industry to think about its communicating method and social effect. Such as journalistic adjudication, journalistic tort as well as their negative effects. The deeply-rooted reason is a shortage of humanism. In this modern era, we come to an agreement to govern the country and the government with the rule of law. In that case, we face a problem how to make criminal cases report keep up with rapidly developing social life and audiences' psychology, not only to benefit media itself and lead its right direction, but also to play its important role in harmonious-society-building. This paper starts with the definition, characteristics of the criminal cases report. Then it reviews the course of criminal cases report's development, analyzes its representation and influences when it lacked humanism. Last but not least, I would like to offer some tentative methods on how to favor criminal cases report with humanism. I hope my paper would be helpful to the development and perfection of the criminal cases report in journalism.
