Laser is increasingly being applyed in clinical treatment now, such as ruby laser, alexandrite laser, diode laser and Nd:YAG laser. The Nd:YAG laser of 1064nm has the characters of deep penetrability to the skin, so it is widely used for skin disease therapy. It can't be absorbed in large quantity by melanin so as to protect skin effectively. We chose long-pulsed Nd:YAG laser as our research object, and we studyed long-pulsed Nd:YAG laser according to the parameters in skin disease treatment presently. Some important results were achieved in this thesis as followings:1. In this paper, the laser's function to the biology was described. We summarized the status of the laser in clinical treatment currently. And we introduced the advantage of long-pulsed Nd:YAG laser in medicine.2. According to the characters of periodic long pulsed Nd:YAG laser, we designed the control system of the medical long pulsed Nd:YAG laser with touch panel. The parameters of medical laser system can be set through the touch panel, which controls IGBT to produce a series of chop pumping and make the pulse duration adjustable from 1ms to 59ms and the energy adjustable from 2J to 60J.3. A push-pull high voltage power supply used for electro-optical Q-switched laser was designed. It's output voltage is adjustable from 2500V to 5000V, and the output current is 2mA. It can be used as Q-switched power supply in high repetition electro-optic Q-switched laser system. And we obtained 20kHz Nd:YAG laser pulse output.4. We designed periodic long-pulsed Nd:YAG laser and finished the long-pulsed laser experiment in different parameters.
