This paper uses Nd:YAG and C02 the long pulsed laser to act on the metal material, and researches the influence of the laser heating effect on each kind of factors from the theory and numerical simulation's angle. It also discusses the basic mechanism about the reflection, absorption and transformation of the laser-target material, and the temperature field of the laser heating metal material.It introduces the features, applications and the basic analysis processing about the finite element analysis software ANSYS. It uses the ANSYS to establish the 3D finite element model. In the consideration of metal's hot physical parameter along with the temperature changement, has simulated the temperature field of laser-different metal surface. It has obtained the temperature filed of metal upper-low surface, as well as temperature of the facula center along with time variation curve under the laser function, It analyzes the factor of influence to laser-metal : wave length/facula radius/acting time/absorption coefficient of metal to laser,and so on. The conclusion has certain significance to the research on the laser-fine processing and laser weapons.
