In recent years the medical clinical trials show that the long-pulsed 1064 nm laser by Nd:YAG laser is very effective not only in the treatment of skin diseases and vascular laser beauty, and can achieve secure, permanent Hair Removal purposes. And the periodic long-pulsed technology can be effectively avoided in the treatment of the skin burns. So we chose to the periodic long-pulsed Nd:YAG lasers as research. There was a large problem that different sub-pulse lasers in the periodic long-pulse laser have the different intensities. So we researched and developed the voltage regulator technology composed by the pulse width modulation and the filter circuit. This technology could make the pumping current stably and reduce the intensity difference between the various sub-pulses laser in the periodic long-pulsed laser to meet the medical requirements. Some important research results were achieved in this thesis as following:1,In this paper, we describe the laser's function to the biology and summarize the status of research of long-pulsed laser treatment in the skin disease currently. Except that we also introduce the long-pulsed laser in the medical advantages of the application.2,We expound the therapy and characters of flash lamp pumping of Nd:YAG laser. There is the strong electromagnetic interference, when flash lamp have triggered in the outside triggering which is a traditional triggering method. So, we study and design the technology of Quasi- resonant trigger. It is the result that the triggered pulse peak voltage fell to about 7 KV from 16 KV and the initial voltage of energy storage capacitors dropped to 900 V from the initial 1.4 KV. This technology could reduce the wastage of power and Electromagnetic interference at the time of trigger and simmer in the periodic long-pulsed Nd:YAG lasers.3,We design a power system of the periodic long-pulsed Nd:YAG laser. We researched and developed the voltage regulator technology, composed by the pulse width modulation and the filter circuit, to maintain the pumping current stable. And we derive the formula of the pumping current stable conditions, in theory analysis.4,We did pumping experiment that proved the feasibility of the programmer. The intensity of the various sub-pulses laser in the 45ms periodic long-pulsed laser is uniform, while used single Kr lamp. Its result has achieved the purpose of the design.
