Recently, as the development of laser technology , the medical treatment using laser is also progressing relevantly . Many disease treatments using laser already show the incomparable advantage . Especially in the pigment disease or organic pathological changes of skin , using the long pulse laser of 1064nm Nd:YAG LASER is a good choice , but owing to the newly experiences of medical application , we must rebuild the existing LASER in order to obtain the better curative effect . The new LASER must produce the long pulse laser which have the high total energy and low peak energy . In this paper , contraposing these especial demands , we ameliorate the simmer system of the existing LASER and explore the technology of pulsed-high-current-simmer . This paper focuses on the following works :1. depict the functionary principle of laser treatment in brief , and basing on the general situation of Nd:YAG LASER application , find the problem of the existing trigger-simmer system , then analyse and present the new design project which have the trigger and pulsed-high-current-simmer system , in order to fulfil the especial demands of long pulse Nd:YAG LASER-the pump system .2. expound the working principle of phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS convertor , so obtain the perfect circuit as the academic gist of the design of simmer system .3. managing new control chip UCC3895 and high voltage compositive drive IR2110 , design a control and drive system which have the functions of two closed loop current-fed,automatic control the phase-shifted,over-current check and valve minus voltage closedown , besides conquer the disfigurement of UCC3895.4. expound the design of circuit parameter detailedly , and validate the control circuit design by experiment which can control the phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS convertor in effect ; emulate the full bridge circuit by Pspice and attest to the rationality of parameter design , ultimately achieve the motive of simmer system design . |
