Recording instrument is a key equipment to engineering train. Most of Recorders we use are import and mechanical, which have a lot of problems such as paper-blocking and pen-blocking. In order to avoid those problems, a digital multi-chunnel Recorder is designed in this paper. It has layered hardware system, Embedded OS (Operating System) based on Windows CE, and software system Programmed by Evc (Embedded Visual C++).First, we propose to design a digital Recorder to solve problems that the former have, and make a careful analysis to functions it should realize.Secondly, hardware system is designed based on layered control. It uses industrial computer as the main computer, which has high speed and stability. AD board is designed ourselves, which uses a high speed AD converter to ensure the veracity. The computer and AD board are linked by PC/104 bus.A Windows CE embedded real-time OS is pruned and configured for the computer. Through pruning, the bulk is reduced and memory is saved. The OS realize many functions such as software banding, equipment driving, print, scan. Software is programmed by Evc, which has a structure of the main and son thread to ensure the real time. Data recording and showing is realized by the way of data driving, scan, print, data saving are also realized by this way.Finally, associated debugging is done by the real signal simulate. Through these experiments, we get the conclusion that the aims are reached and all functions are realized.
