As the key link of equipment maintenance, maintenance decision determines the level of equipment maintenance management directly. However,with the rapid development of the equipment spot inspection and online monitoring technology,and diversification of maintenance methods, making the data related to the running state of the equipment explosive growth, leading enterprises to have to increase the cost of information construction, in order to solve the problems in the processing and storage of large amounts of data; At the same time, the amount of data increases makes maintenance decision environment and decision problems facing the increasingly complicated. On this basis, this paper puts forward the decision support system of equipment maintenance based on cloud computing. With the technology of equipment maintenance management and cloud computing, the system process and storages the mass equipment condition data, and provide decision support for the user according to the state of the equipment. In addition, the system is an interactive information platform, realizing the equipment basic information, running data and maintaining historical data and decision-making knowledge inter regional real-time sharing among technical experts, equipment manufacturers and user equipment.Firstly, this paper structures the layered architecture and the content of equipment maintenance decision support system based on cloud computing, and then explains the function module of the client and the security system of the system.Secondly, this paper establishes the maintenance decision model based on the theory of case-based reasoning technology and entropy weight multi objective evaluation. By means of the retrieval and analysis of the equipment maintenance history data, the model realizes the equipment maintenance activities of the decision, at the same time with the experimental data for validating the feasibility model.Then, this paper installers a number of Linux systems on the Workstation VMware(VM) virtual machine, and deploys the environment of the Hadoop installation, and structures the cloud platform. And on this basis, by means the technique of Map Reduce, this paper realizes the parallel processing of the model and improves the computational efficiency of the modelFinally, under the environment of the Spring+Hibernate+SpringMVC,this paper completes the design of the work flow of the client's each module(basic information management module, equipment information management module, maintenance decision management module, equipment service management module), and uses HBase database to build the decision resource metadata table, completing the resource of decision storage. At last, this paper realizes the running and testing of the system.
