The development of Production Scheduling Management System (PSMS) based on ERP is a professional Management System, designed for process of mechanical working. PSMS integrated with ERP and MIS by interfaces, which manages and controls schedule of the production, and refines the management to manufacture.To the limitation of common Management Information System to the control of the schedule in process, the solution of the PSMS is very explicit, which collects data on the spot , and makes analysis to the data, and does the comparison with plan, puts forward with correct suggestion for plan of production , and provides directs for manager, by algorithm of production schedule .The PSMS designed by Structure of C/S is providing convenience for operator of software and special requirement of the data collection. To improve efficiency of analysis of production, the deployment of the application is deployed by distribution. The method of development, with the module designed independent, which brings reduction of the service from data in a large extent.The kernel of the PSMS includes module of management of the production, data collection, control of the production, rights management and management of system. Among which, the input module is the management of production and data collection, and the main core is control of the production, which reach the destination to the control of schedule of the production. The PSMS used multithreading in process of the tasks, which deals with complicated operation.The environment of the development is NET2.0, which is very reliable during the process of development. In addition, we can choose the favorite development language by our hobby, which is easy to integrate to different modules.The application of the PSMS in machining enterprise, provides reference of control for the person of plan and operator on the spot and makes up for the deficiency compared with traditional management system, which ignores the supervisory control in time to the data form production. So, the design of the PSMS improved managerial effectiveness to the processors in a large extent.
