Along with the rapid development of the economic, our country has also paid a huge energy consumption. The contradiction between economic development and energy shortage has become increasingly acute. Energy saving has become the important measure for the sustainable development of the implementation of the national economy. In our country, building energy consumption accounts for more than twenty-seven percent of the total social energy consumption and the proportion is increasing. In the actual work of construction equipment, air conditioning and lighting are the main energy consumption equipments. According to related research, we can achieve great energy saving by optimizing and controlling the existing air conditioning systems.In this paper, we set the air-conditioning control system in building system as the example. We analyze the human body comfort and air conditioning system energy saving and put forward PMV control system which is based on ZigBee wireless sensor network. Focusing on model parameter of special environment, we program the simulation by MATLAB. Also we analyze the relations between temperature, humidity, wind speed, clothing thermal resistance and PMV. By comparing the control effects with the traditional setting temperature air conditioner control system, we can confirm the superiority of the PMV air conditioner control system.This paper designed a control system which is suitable for the small room focusing on the law system in the actual work and the demand of accuracy of environmental factor. The system hardware contains of ZigBee module, temperature and humidity sensor, wind speed sensor, infrared sensor, etl. The software contains ZigBee communication and networking, two kinds of indirect control of PMV air-conditioning control system and the design of control law of the system. Lastly, we set a specific room as a example. At first, we prove the necessity of multi-point measurement. Then we prove the environmental comfort control of PMV air-conditioning control system by practical tests. Also, we verify the possibility of energy saving in practical work.
