GLScene is a graphic engine system of free opening source code based on OpenGL. It merges the advanced three-dimensional graphic technological achievement, such as fire, smog, snow and so on based on particle system,rippling,three-dimension topographical simulation technology, illumination technology, shade technology,etc. GLScene is applied to Delphi integrated development environment to expands three-dimensional graphic programming function of Delphi to make Delphi developers to develop the three-dimensional graphic software easily and quickly.It have been ten years for our country to build digitized instructional resources and have made many achievements. But for many years, the instructional resources of different types developed and seem too mediocre in technology. It is very rare that utilizing programming technology of the three-dimensional graphics to build the instructional resources. It is mainly difficulties in technology. The programming technology of the three-dimensional graphics have not mastered by developers. It needs to grasp a large number of the three-dimensional graphics technology and mathematical knowledge for them.This thesis has analysed GLScene in detail, including three-dimensional modeling object, particle system technology, topography simulation technology, physical dynamics engine etc., has described GLScene procedure structure, three-dimensional modeling technology, cartoon manufacturing technology, interaction function design and application mode in the development of instructional resources and at the end of the thesis provides the practicing cases.The thesis consists of seven chapters.Chapter 1 is the preface, which introduces the reason, situation, purpose and meaning of the study.Chapter 2 describes the concept of digitized instructional resources and introduces the current situation of the development of digitized instructional resources in our country.Chapter 3 analyses GLScene and explains the three-dimensional modeling object, particle system technology, ripple technology, shade technology, physical dynamics...
