The 21'st century is the era with the main feature of knowledge economy andmessageization , the information technology is widely applied in every territory .This willdemand people not merely possess the enough information backlog , still possess the wellinformation literacy . In the education territory of a talented person , the informationtechnology also has the tremendous application room , the development of educationmessageization , will be decided by the information literacy of tutor . Strengthen to fosteingtutor's information literacy , is the demand of the education messageization development inthe information economy age , and is the need of conforing to the community development ,deepen the reform in education and launching innovation education . The moderate normalschool is the primary front of the domestic elementary school tutor fosteing at the moment ,but the information technology curriculum is the main mode to foster these approachingelementary school tutor's information literacy . Therefore it seems especially significant thathow the moderate normal school causes the information technology curriculum instructionaldesign to accord with the teaching programme demand , and accord with the physiology ofstudent and the psychology distinguishing feature , and be able to cause student obtainmessage knowledge and skill , and also be able to lift the information literacy of studentmoreover , and train the different capabilities of student. So it has the wide-rangingcommunity sense to adjust the moderate normal school information technology curriculuminstructional design researching" master -assistant " instructional system design is adjusting to web-based on the mode forinstructional design in the moderate normal school information technology curriculum , it isliving to refer to " double-center" instructional design mode, it drives out from the mode forthe learning-centered instructional design .That mode is established on the basis ofconstructivist learning theory and the humanism learning theory . It has been underway thefixed position location to the roles of student and tutor once more , emphasizing student is notthe student that accepted the knowledge from tutor in traditional sense again , but on the basisof his experience , he's the main part forming to carry on the sense construct initiatively;he isthe instructional designer who may act on one's own to fix and study the target and controllearning process on the basis of the individual feature of himself;he is the participator whomay evaluate the situation of the learning process and the learning aim attained of thecoordination mate and himself. Tutor shall transfer to be the assistant and helper andprompter of learner , design learning source , help and inspect student's study process toachieve studying target , and be the colony commons writer , systematic learning adviser ofstudent . The pattern is thought that the study of student may be divided into three phase : 1.the ready phase . in immediate future to analysis the individual feature and the necessariesand study target and study substance of student , but these are analysised by student under theguidance and help of tutor .2. the study process phase : in immediate future student designand apply the fitted web-based learning environment ,and act on one's own study and thecoordination study with the guidance and help of tutor .3. evaluation phase : in immediatefuture student evaluate himself and the cooperators about the study process and the result ,and tutor evaluate them also ." master -assistant " instructional system design is the instructional design pattern that is fitfor information technology curriculum in secondary normal school based on the electricnetwork , and the pragmatic value of that pattern was verified by means of the test , athinking that is applicably supplied how to design the instructional mode of informationtechnology curriculum in the secondary normal school under the learning environment basedon electric network .
