It's well known to all that batteries contain Hg, Pb, Cd and other harmful substances which may cause great harmful to our environment. Moreover, because of its big volume and its short life, this batteries cannot satisfy the requirements of micro-electron-products gradually. It's a new tendency to replace the traditional battery with the miniature electric power facility, and the study of miniature electric power facility becomes a hot spot in the world. The piezoelectric power facility has the advantages of simple structure, no heat, no pollution, no electromagnetism interference, easy to machining, structure's miniaturization and integration, and so on. It supplies a new reference for power supply about a variety of mini-size electrical products, passive sensor system and monitoring system.It has been several dozens years since the phenomenon that piezoelectricity ceramics may have electric charge under the external force is discovered . However, because the electro-mechanical transformation efficiency is low, the power of former piezoelectric material can't drive the electronic device. With the in-depth study of piezoelectric materials, piezoelectric materials generating capacity has been greatly improved, on the other hand, the continued with the introduction of ultra-low power consumption of electronic components, integrated chips, have mastered a methods of low-power consumptions'circuit design. It make it's possible that the piezoelectric power facility become the energy source of the low power loss electronic installations.
