With the gradual pace of modernization,the concept of intelligent home more and more popular,gradually by the public attention,and along with the wireless way of communication and handheld,people are increasingly keen to achieve in the hands of household appliances control.China's strong support for the LED industry,fully illustrates the people's energy efficiency more and more attention.With the large number of LED applications,its power supply has become a hot topic,can be efficient use of electricity,to achieve convenient control is one of the two very important.This article from two aspects to solve the problem of LED power supply:first,to achieve a high efficiency of power supply;second,to achieve a remote control switch.In order to improve efficiency as the main purpose,in the design of switching power supply process using the switching power supply to the LED power supply.For the design of switching power supply,this paper has designed the PFC module and the design of the constant current module.In addition,the design of the topology,the design of the connection mode and the design of the driving mode.In addition,this paper also puts forward an effective control scheme and its extensible design.Based on the infrared remote control,this paper studies the data form of the infrared signal on the corresponding coding and decoding chip.According to the similarities and differences between the transmitting and receiving modes of the infrared remote control equipment,the appropriate chip solution is given,and finally the extended design of the control function is given.This article also gives the PT2262 and PT2272 these two chips in detail,as well as in the use of separate attention to the problem.In this paper,the application of the best way to connect and drive to design LED lamps,and gives the use of TSM101 to achieve constant current drive program.This paper also explains in detail the design principles and methods of switching power supply,which includes the design of PFC module,anti-excitation design and EMC design,but also a detailed description of the PFC chip L6562A application methods and need to pay attention Some of the problems.In summary,this paper presents the appropriate system architecture,and gives a specific design,this design is not only easy to control but also facilitate the realization of functional expansion.This paper has finally designed an LED-driven switching power supply that can meet the needs of people's current control.The power supply has not only PFC function but also high efficiency,and can drive about 50W LED lights.In this paper,when the design,the first set up the experimental platform,and then through the schematic simulation,drawing out the PCB,the success of the physical structures,and ultimately make the switching power supply full voltage range PFC>0.98,efficiency up to 89%Meet the design requirements of the indicators.
