Power supply is an important part of the electronic equipment. Different equipments require different power supplies. Some electronic measuring equipments needs the voltage-stabilized power supply with low ripple and adjustment of wide-range output voltage. Moreover, some equipments work in the scurviness atmosphere with high voltage, poisonous gas or dusty. In these instances, the output of the power supply adjusted by an infrared remote controller can insure the personal safety and improve work efficiency.In this dissertation, a DC voltage-stabilized power supply with low ripple and adjustment of wide-range output voltage was designed, the approach of adjusting the output of power source by the infrared remote controller was developed and the ultimate solution of power source system was proposed through many analyses and tests. At last, a prototype which was based on the scheme above has been successfully made.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:â'ˆSeries voltage-stabilized technology and high frequency switch technology were adopt by the DC voltage-stabilized power supply with low ripple and adjustment of wide-range output voltage. The main circuit was made up of the serial regulation circuit and series resonant full-bridge converter. The power transformer, the MOSFET driver circuit, the output circuit and the feedback circuit were discussed in detail.â'‰The infrared remote control module which can adjust the digital resistance to hold the output voltage at the desired value by controlling the single chip microcontroller was described.â'ŠAn infrared remote control DC voltage-stabilized power supply prototype has been successfully made. The measurement result matched the design goal very well. The output voltage of the power supply can be adjusted from 80V to 1000V by the infrared remote controller, and the ripple factor is less than 1‰. The power system has operated on the instrument stably and reliably.
