For a long time, source for power wireless devices is conventional batteries。But conventional batteries are bigger volume, if the reclaim of conventional batteries is improper, grave environment pollution will occur。With the development o(?) microelectronic technology and the integration of electronic products, people sta(?) find a new self-supplying power set,the research on all kinds of minisize generating electricity device used for the micro-electronic products has already become an new hot spot。For example, remote control electric-lock on car, the conventional source for it is button-battery。It is a focus research on piezoelectric materials about power changing and harvesting, design and manufacture kinds of piezoelectric energy harvesters, on the basic of which I design the self-supplying power set electric-lock on car, and test the whole system。The main contents are as follows:1. Through the piezoelectric material and piezoelectric properties of oscillator, according to theory of the piezoelectric effect, select the fit piezoelectric materials for piezoelectric self-supplying power set。Research piezoelectric properties of different piezoelectric materials。Study the production technology of piezoelectric oscillator, study how to design miniaturization and integration of self-supplying power set。2. Design and manufacture kinds of piezoelectric energy harvesters。For example, one piece of piezoelectric material on cantilever plate, double pieces of piezoelectric materials on cantilever plate are series connection, double pieces of piezoelectric materials on cantilever plate are parallel connection, four cantilever plate parallel connection etc。Optimum structure parameters of piezoelectric oscillator so that improve energy conversion efficiency。3. Design two physical models:the direct connection of Piezoelectric generator and external load, alternating current generated by Piezoelectric generator though bridge rectifier and filter capacitor, while connected with external load。At last, compare the two physics models。4. Compare the two motivational patterns:free vibration with additional mass and forced vibration without additional mass, this two vibrations are finished by hand。Design two energy storage methods:tantalum capacitor and Ni-MH rechargeable battery, study the two capacity of the storage characteristics, compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two storage methods and the use of occasions。5. Design wireless transmitter of remote Control Electronic Lock。 6. Determine Piezoelectric generator of remote control electronic Lock and experiment with wireless transmitter。...
