Information is an important part of modern enterprise management information system, so a reasonable information system need to be built soon. Architecture determines the main structure, macro character, primary function of a system. So the architecture of information system is the key of the whole software design. Besides, some functions of the most information system are similar, so development course can be simpler by the technology of software recycle. Component is a good choice for software recycle technology. Component is a part of recycle software and be used to make other software. It may be encapsulated object class, class tree, some function plate, software structure, software architecture, document, analysis part, design mode and so on. Component is divided into component class and component example. Giving parameters of component class to build examples, and then those examples are arranged and controlled to make corresponding application software.Firstly, after analyzing hierarchical structure of information systems, a hierarchical component-based architecture model is presented. This paper describes abstract levels, architectural features, describing methods based on information system of component layer model. It describes different levels of components and their formal specifications, typical compound methods of components and organizing styles of IS based on this model. It also offers a reference model for the design and development of information system.Secondly, this paper gives a business component design method which uses the Cluster Algorithm to identify two kinds of business components (process component and entity component) and takes the requirement models as the data source of Cluster Algorithm sample. Several formulations are alsogiven to calculate the value of samples'relationship. More"Focus Entities"were chosen to achieve better accuracy of Business Component identification, and granularity formulation is given to reduce the complexity of Business Component. Moreover, it describes the design steps of Business Component interface.At last, the paper uses business component model to make a full information management system use case of production enterpriser. The building of relative matrix and Division of business component are fully analyzed and described from requirement analysis to the realization of cluster class algorithm.
