The price of the NC machining center overseas is comparative dear, for reduce the cost, now NC equipments developed with movement control card are increasing gradually interiorly, but it is not enough that the application of the NC equipments based on movement control card on NC code auto generation, program hand wrought are usually be used, besides the large workload, the precision is also low, which restricted the spread and application on it in abroad field.Different from previous ways, according to the fundamental of the constancy of workpiece value and the metallic flow rule in process, the spinning simulation method carry out the simulation to the overall progression from roughcast to product. Based on the research on deformation of tube workpiece in Numerical Control power spinning, this paper show a kind of the system of spinning machine NC code auto generation and emulation based on PMAC card .First, introduces the principle of the numerical control programme and spinning;Second, does the research on the method of complex curve interpolation and geometrical modeling of simulation, which prepares the academic base for the spinning wheel track creation and simulation of machining;Based on it, design and realization the system, explain the system according to five modules: figure input,parameter setting,spin wheel track creating,postposition dispose and simulation;At last, show the idiographic process of simulation on NC code with OpenGL.The system can auto generate the NC code with the side elevation of thewheel hub in the AutoCAD, which accordingly lighten the intensity of the work and reduce the program hours. In order to examine the correctness and rationality of the NC code, a simulated module of machining which is developed by OpenGL is put in the system, which reduces the error of programme effectively.
