The Design And Realizing Of Auto-course Arrangement System Of ZiBo Vocational College

With the increasing number of students of the vocational college, the number of teachers is keeping enlarging. Then, the disadvantage of arranging courses by mankind appears. In order to make it better, trying to arrange the courses using computer is becoming more and more necessary. It will be clear and helpful for optimizing the process of the students' studying, estimating the quality of the teachers' contribution, making the decision accurately and so on.This paper mainly states the functions, including how to arrange the courses, the disposal of basic data, inquiring the curriculum schedule, and the outputting of forms. Using computer to arrange courses instead of mankind will help to release the teachers from heavy work, make them efficiently and be actively for the standardization of the management of teaching.In mathematics, the arrangement of courses is a problem of combination and layout, which depends on teaching plan and any other special requirement, in the four-dimensional space of time, teacher, student and classroom. It is used to work out the conflicts between the elements essentially. This paper analyzes the researches of course arrangement both in home and out of the home, adopts the idea of breaking out the whole into parts and the PRI arithmetic, according to the characteristics of vocational teaching. This arithmetic will make the schedule easily to gain the results of course arrangement quickly and satisfactory by the way of carving up equivalence class and calculating PRI.This paper makes an analysis for the operation of course arrangement of ZiBo vocational college, by taking RUP as the method of exploring software, UML as the describing language, and even designs the function modules of user management, auto course schedule, course management, curriculum inquiring.This paper introduces the background of exploring this software and the developing status of course management both in and out of home, briefly describes the main problem that the system should solve, and the exploring model of the system, and then makes a detailed introduction of the system demanding and the design. It also introduces how to realize some functions of the system and finally describes the two key points of teaching plan and the arithmetic of course arranging.
