The Research Of The Running Fault Diagnosis System In Thermal Power Plant Based On SIS

The fault diagnosis is one of the most important taches for runningsafely in the thermal power plant. Firstly, this paper elaborates the theoryand method of fault diagnosis technology and mentions the main function andgeneral frame of fault diagnosis system in the power plant after checkingthe extensively theory, technology and method about the fault diagnosis.Then, this paper presents how to set up the knowledge database and gainknowledge and combines the plant's actual knowledge database. SIS(supervisory information system) is a new technique appearing in recentyears and can provide the platform of running fault diagnosis and obtainingabnormal signals. Finally, fault diagnosis system is developed with VB.Netand SQL Server, which is the program design language of the object, includingmonitor system, fault diagnosis, monitor statement, and the knowledgedatabase maintenance, etc.
