The fault of drum level is one of the most severe accidents in power plant. Based on the analysis for various factors that affect drum level and the study for fluctuating mechanism of drum level, a dynamic model for natural circulation drum-boiler level is set up to solve the problem that fault detect for drum level sensor. Then, drum level fault diagnosis system is established by Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Meanwhile, this paper studies data acquisition, diagnostic algorithm, user interface et al, which is involved in software realization for drum level fault diagnosis system. At last, drum level fault diagnosis system based on SIS is developed by VB, VC and MATLAB. The developed software has been applied to a 300MW unit in a thermal power plant. Results illustrate that the software can achieve online monitor, alarm in advance and fault diagnosis, and meet the practical requirements of power plant. |
