During the period of over 20 years of Chinese media revolution, media competition was so drastic that it ascended from the level of tactics to the level of strategy. In order to survive and develop media organization need to recognize characteristics of epoch, analyze circumstances of competitors and take effective strategic management.The research about strategic management, however, focuses on the study of macroscopical frame and microcosmic and concrete content. Such as human body, it's not the real person just with bones and blood and muscle but a physiological person. It's with neural system that the body can make all the organs together to implement the order of brain and achieve the target. Strategic management possesses of its own 'neural system' which connects the bones with blood and muscle and makes them in their own position and be a organic whole.This thesis creatively puts forward the concept of 'neural system' and study the inner relationship of all parts of media strategic management. The research of 'inner relationship' is talked about more in many studies which this thesis is basic on and brings forward the concept of 'neural system'. Moreover this thesis expounds the structure of 'neural system', its mechanism of circulation and its major 'neural organs' with Focusmedia as example. This thesis aims at making the study of strategic management more complete and effective, which is beneficial for practical research of media.
