Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) changes the method of data acquisition. It is a foreland technology, developed only in recent years. It is on speaking terms of numerlization commerce. It would realize automatism identifying and real time long distance inspect and management. Because of it's veracity and speediness,RFID is accepted by many industries.Along with the maturity of technology and cost decline,the difficult price problem will be resolved which have restricted RFID development in long term. Radio Frequency Identification technology is a new economy increase point, research and development of RFID have tremendous economy benefit and society significance.This paper firstly analyzes the work theory of RFID unitarily, studies the coding and modulating of RFID signal.and discusses how to maintain the integrality of data transfered in RFID communications and the data secrecy problem. Then according to practical project design a handy-RFID reader which bases on Philips Co. MF RC500 and Samsung Co. S3C2410A. A method is brung forward which is designed for the long distance RFID reader's hardware.
