Signal Integrity Analysis And Research Of Simulation Automatization Technologies Based On Cadence EDA

With the development of the microelectronics technology and computer science, because of quickly raised systematic clock frequency and continuously shorten signal jump edge,signal integrity(SI) problem become more and more prominent.In this paper,we built models for the signal integrity problems of transmission lines,Reflection,crosstalk and Simultaneous Switch Noise(SSN),and gained some useful formula and rules by theoretical deduction.The paper summarized the scheme of doing SI simulation, and simulated the problems of Refletion using SI simulation tools-Hyperlynx.For the shortage of Signal Integrity simulation existing in Cadence EDA tools,the paper presented signal integrity simulation automatization platform aiming to enhance automation grade, brought forward mainframe of the software,and described the key technologies in detail,including software communication technology based on SKILL language,automatic generation of simulating report technology based on Automation and so on.The software has pass through the elementary test.
