With modern digital electronic systems pushing beyond the 1-GHz barrier, signal-integrity problems prevent products from working correctly the first time. We need to use simulation to solve SI problem and find the best solution using EDA tools.The simulation tools today, however, still have some disadvantages, for example Cadence. Therefore, facing these problems, the paper advanced the original function, so that realized SI simulation automatization.First, concept of signal integrity was introduced. Second, automation technology in report building was explained in detail, and then skill language as well as real-time display of waveform was narrated. We used C++ programming tool realizing the design of SI simulating automatization platform, and also brought structural mode and the point of design. At last, the thesis summarizes all work finished that is related to this project, and prospect the evolution of this project. |
