The Application Of ASP Model Of Networked Distribution Management System Based On OFBiz Framework

According to the analysis of the problems in the progress of information for the small and medium enterprise (SME), and the study of the new mode for small and medium-sized enterprises'information management development all over the world, and combining the problems which PO company hurried to resolve, a project named Pearl Orchid Distribution Management System (PODMS) was found, which was adopted by PO company. Now, a platform based on the Application Service Provider (ASP) was designed for the better assistance to the enterprise management method.Then,a framework was designed for the PODMS. With Object-Oriented Design (OOD) method, the whole system was designed and developed. Particularly, we paid much attention to the Sale Management Sub-System.Under the support of a 863 project, Developing & Applying Networked Distribution Platform based on ASP (PN: 2004AA414060), the PODMS case was implemented. And by the application of the case, the idea, which comes from the paper discussed about the theory of PODMS based on the ASP model, was proven to be feasible and rational.
