300 scientists from 15 countries and areas, such as American, Russian, France, China, have joined the AMS (Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer) experiment, which is a great international project led by Professor Ding Zhaozhong. AMS-02 experiment aims at finding the origin of the universe composed of anti-object, dark object and the universe's ray.The key part of the AMS-02 experiment is physics analysis. Based on the special requirements, such as great amount of data and many modes of physics analysis, from the AMS-02 experiment, this article proposes a control policy of tasks'distribution. The policy is based on QoS and adapted to physics analysis in AMS-02 experiment. The QoS mode proposed in this article is task oriented, user oriented and flexible. The performance parameters of this QoS mode are composed of basic QoS performance parameters and attached QoS performance parameters. The architecture and data flow of the AMS-02 experiment is presented at the first of this article. And the author focuses on physics analysis procedure, the sorts of physics analysis task and the relation between the mode of ROOT and the task sort. Then a control policy, which bases on QoS and is suitable for physics analysis, is proposed. 3 modules, the identification of task sort, the estimate of task amount and the distribution of tasks, are included in this control policy. Finally we introduce a realization of prototype system, through the analysis of experimentation data, it proves that our arithmetic is right and feasible.
