The Research And Application Of Software Compound Connectors In Component Based Software Development

Along with the increasing scale and complex of the software system, component based software development (CBSD) becomes more and more important. Connector, as the media of the components' interaction, is an important concept of software architecture. Design, realization and reuse of the connectors have become a key of the software system development effectively. This paper had been fully studying theory knowledge of architecture, component, connector and compound connector. According to the basic connector class and graph of relation, the paper proposes matrix representation and algorithm to map interactions among components though compound connectors, sets up the concept of compound degree and subclass, discusses the soft reuse techniques, finally gives the supermarket system as an example.
