With the maturity of the theory and the technology of the Cluster-based Parallel Computing, Cluster has been used more widely and begins to be used in industry. However, because of the particularity of the parallel programming, programmers have to face the parallel program develop environment and, should be familiar with the specialized knowledge of system operation and the knowledge which are involved with develop environment. It does not only increase the difficulty of parallel programming, but also give more duties to the programmers. Therefore, the application of Cluster and the development of the parallel computing based on MPI is limited.Based on the study of the parallel computing environment on the cluster system, this paper proposed the key elements of the developing platform for assistant parallel programming on MPI, which should be friendly, convenient and practically to programmers. It probed into the key technology of realizing this platform, including the methods to implement a code editor which support many features as automatic syntax highlighting, the solution for designing a suit of directive communication mark; pre-compile of communication mark, log of the communication events, an useful parallel algorithm lib and online help manual. Then the assistant developing platform for parallel programming based on MPI be implemented base on the above analysis by using components and linkers which are methods of software architecture. Finally, an example is shown by using ADPP in parallel programming.
