In the fault diagnosis of power plant, the precise mathematical model of the object is difficult to be obtained. And there are some fuzziness between fault signs and fault reasons. Based on fuzzy theory, the fuzzy relation between fault signs and fault reasons is analyzed. Then a fuzzy expert system for fault diagnosis in power plant is designed. The system developed by VC++ 6.0 and CLIPS has carried out knowledge acquisition and modification as well as automatic fault diagnosis. There are four main works: researching on representation of knowledge and solution of fault reason reliability of the rule conclusion; developing a module of knowledge acquisition and modification of the fuzzy expert system for fault diagnosis using VC++ 6.0 and CLIPS; compiling some kinds of functions to distinguish signs and a few membership functions to solve reliability of signs; collecting and arranging the diagnostic knowledge of condenser system in power plant and verifying the fuzzy expert system. |
