The Methodology & Project Management In IT Consultant

Consulting is more and more important in the near future. IT consulting also has become the most important partment in information industry. In current academe, most theory research focus on Software Engineering. There is not enough attention to "Consulting Engineering".This paper uses a practical consulting project to do a discourse on this subject.This paper describes the background and process with the service that help a P&C insurance company to select a Core Business System. With this project, reader will understand what the TT consulting is. This paper expatiates on the basic process with IT consulting and analyse the resource, risk and method about "Consulting Engineering".
