With the fast development of knowledge economy,consulting industry as the industry of knowledge develops and expands endlessly.Because consulting projects usually need multiple-part cooperation and many project process management systems of consulting companies are not compatible now,big difficulty is brought for the collaboration among consulting companies.It is eager to implement a general project process management system for consulting industry.First,through the analysis on the characteristics of consulting project process,the requirements of the general project process management system for consulting industry are proposed and analyzed.And the business models of the system are divided.The five business models include setup model,creation model,control model,search model and system administration model.Based on the business models,the layers of system architecture are partitioned by using layer model.The layers include resource layer,data access layer,business logic layer,control layer and presentation layer,totally five.Then the architectural layers and business models are analyzed and designed in detail.Based on the detailed design of the system and combined with.Net 2.0 Framework,AJAX technology and Microsoft Enterprise hibrary,the implementation process of the core and particular models of the system are stated and analyzed. Finally,the design and implementation of the system are concluded and expected.
