As internet and mobile technology develops,the cognition of values brought by ERP has changes fundamentally to most enterprises;to break with traditional ideas or methods about informationization especially to build an ERP-oriented IT fundamental infrastructure has put forward a new requirement for today's ERP consulting methodology.The requirement takes account of project implementation cycle,personalized need and comfortable user experiences.Therefore,a research about ERP implementation methodology suited to nowaday enterprises means significant to enterprise's future business process reengineering and also has vast importance to the improvement of market response speed and the strength of core competence.This paper firstly illustrates the trend and development history of ERP system,which describes how traditional ERP involves to mobile internet and the internet of things(ITO);then it analyzes the features of ERP implementation methodology on the basis of current situations of domestic and international consulting companies,and it referres to the consulting methodology from two well-known international consulting companies Oracle and SAP as well as the features of localizes ERP implementation methodology from domestic consulting companies Kingdee and UFIDA Software.Then,on the perspective of KND consulting company and combining the years of personal Oracle ERP implementation experiences,and with the reference to five forces model I analyzes the outside market environment and its competitors of KND and discusses the necessity of multilevel scenario simulation implementation methodology in this field.Six problems in implementation methodology of KND is pointed out in this paper after doing and analyzing the survey to different roles of people.And by discussing and summarizing what caused those problems,I further pointed out the focus point and difficulties in implementation methodology optimization.Thirdly,it suggests to regard the whole ERP implementation process as a PDCA loop cycle by BPR/ESIA or other process improvement method,and suggests to divide ERP implementation process into project planning,demand definition(CRP1),solution construction(CRP2),system integration(CRP3),system-go-live and maintenance support which concluded as six stages and three CRPs;for each stage,it is based on SMART and has its specific project goals,methodology and strategy,deliveries,major participants and person in charge and planed time line.The whole ERP implementation process emphasizes process control by multiple CRPs which included the use of templated implementation strategy,thus strengthening the test,check and inspection management during a project,ensuring project quality and reducing risk;what's more,a good communication and systematic training also contribute to the success of a project.Last,in order to validate the practicability and effectiveness of multi-level CRP methodology,this paper discusses the real cases from a list company Shenzhen Everwin Precision Technology where improves ERP implementation methodology successfully applied.And the results provide a reference to other company or industries whoever want to do research in ERP implementation methodology...
