Taking the Newslist, a column of the economical channel of CCTV, as the research content, this thesis summarizes the characteristics of the Newslist's operation and analyzes the communication pattern that makes the program successful. Then it proposes some ways to innovate and develop the financial information program. Basing on the society and culture background, the change of media environment and the developing tendency of financial news programs, the first part of the thesis tries to classify the financial programs in detail.Then, it analyzes the concept, audience policy, formation, content, production process packing, promotion and management of the Newslist. It shows that the Newslist has made great breakthrough compared with other financial programs and has transferred successfully resource advantage to brand advantage. The Newslist develops a good pattern to the innovation of television financial news programs.This thesis suggests that difference is the core of innovation adopted by financial news program. Financial news programs have to adopt innovation in program forms while expanding the new content. Grafting different media's expression is also helpful to the programs. Promoting the programs with the marketing methods can maximize the communication effects of the financial news programs.
