Development Of Profibus Interface For Electric Actuator

Electric actuator is an important equipment of automation, which is widely usedin the production process and control system area. With the development of industrialautomation technology and field bus technology, electric actuator has became moreintelligent. In order to achieve the product upgrading and improve the productcompetitiveness, the project of “Electric actuators based on chip VPC3+C of fieldbus control module” is researched. In this paper the main research contents are asfollows:1. Brife introduction of the automation technology, electric actuators, and thedevelopment of fieldbus.2. Research and design the hardware system of the" Profibus interface forelectric actuators ". It use Atmage162micro controller and PROFIBUS interface ICVPC3+C as the core technology, through RS-485transform circuit and connected tothe PROFIBUS. At the same time, design related circuit. In addition, using someEMC mothed at the important part.3.This paper introduces the PROFIBUS bus interface protocol, designs the"electric actuators of PROFIBUS bus interface software system". It includes the mainprogram, VPC3+C initial program, interrupt service program and communicationprogram (such as a serial port service program), write the electronic device file (GSDfile).4. According to PI certification experience, I introduced the test process, testproject and so on in this paper.5.Summarizes the fault diagnosis methods of PROFIBUS bus. Designed theelectric actuator of PROFIBUS bus interface " test platform. It is with SIMATICS7-300PLC station (CPU315-2dp) as the master station, control the actuators innetworking, use PC installed WINCC6.0to monitor and explain their status andrecord.This product has passed the certification of PI and has been used in a cementplant successfully.
