Design And Implementation Of The Management Information System Of Tianjin Security Guard Company

The number of security guards has increased significantly with the development of economy and the need of security guards. Conventional client information, security guards and the manual management are not fit with the constant development of security market. The need of management of Security Guard Company can be realized through the modern computer management information system. A set of management system has been developed which according to the requirement of market and it's ability by Microsoft .Net Research Lab (MSNRL) of Tianjin university.This paper discussed the systems of branch of security guard company and Public Security Bureau which under the setting of the management system of Tianjin security guard company, the studying of theory, designing and maintaining of actual program. This paper introduces the operation circumstance of hardware network of system and the development language and the technology of data transfer. The main operation module such as login module, security guard management module, export module, deleting module, client management module, contract management module and system management module have been explained in this paper. The different designing principles and method in different designing period have been discussed.The paper includes six parts according to the designing and development process. The first part shows the background of program. The second part is the correlative technology which introduces the concept of designing the system. The third part embodiments the thinking of system designing and the principle of development. The forth part introduces the main functioning interfaces, system function and original code. The fifth part specifies the testing process and testing method. The sixth part sums up the development experience and prospects the future direction.
