Standardrizaion Design For Ocean Environment Controlling & Monitoring And Information System

With the economy on ocean based has been significantly developed over past decades in China, ocean environment controlling and monitoring has been a hot topic. Currently the damages caused by red current and oil dispersion have attracted a lot of attentions around the world. Because of limitation of technology and funds,ocean environment controllling and monitoring system in China has some problems. For instant, different research organizations and local governments have different standards and regulations for data collecting system. The purpose of this research is to develop national standard for data collecting and information exchanges, and further all the existing system will be integrated in National Marine Data & Information Center.This paper proposed a solution for the data collection and system integration to resolve the problems mentioned above. Design and Implementaiton of such information integration system and data collecting standard were discussed in details so that all the information around China can be provioed in time and service can be improved.
