Ocean Battlefield Environment Information Service(OBEIS), as a combination of information service technology and navy warfare applications, represents an important direction of ocean battlefield environment support technology. Tasks vary with different entities and different periods, which need diverse environment information. Therefore, OBEIS, aiming for ensuring tasks accomplishment, must have the capacity of on-demand dynamic organization and on-demand providing support. With the support of national administration's research project, this dissertation studys four aspects of task-oriented OBEIS technology: dynamic integrated framework, dynamic registry and discovery, dynamic process control and dynamic service composition. The aim of this study is to break through the key technologies, design and realize an OBEIS system, and establish the important technology foundation for all-around digital battlefield environment.Main contents and accomplishments of this thesis are as follows:A task-oriented integrated framework for OBEIS was built. On the basis of the analyse of ocean battlefield environment information stream, the dynamic classification service mode for ocean battlefield environment information was proposed. Then, an architecture framework was built, and it was depicted in three aspects according to the concept of Global Information Grid(GIG): the operation architecture, the system architecture and the technical architecture.A kind of registry and discovery method based on catalogue services for OBEIS was proposed. First, According to task requirements, the basic data elements of OBEIS were refined, and six kinds of basic metadata models were derived. Then, by the way of model synthesis, an integrated view of the metadata model based on ebXML Registry Information Model(ebRIM) was carried out. Finally, semantic query strategy and steps based on task ontology for ocean battlefield environment information were proposed, task ontology model was built, and the core algorithms of semantic query were realized after the meta data model was extended by task ontology.A kind of process modeling and task allocation method based on workflow for OBEIS was proposed. First, an hierarchical decomposition model of OBEISWF was proposed. Then, OBEISWF modeling meta-model was built, and OBEISWF_net was proposed by way of extending the Timed-Coloured Petri Nets. Finally, on the basis of the task– platform matching model, a global dynamic task allocation strategy based on multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm of OBEISWF was proposed.A kind of modeling and executing method for OBEIS Data Flow (OBEISDF) was proposed. First, OBEISDF was divided, and a formal description of OBEISDF formation was given. Then, OBEISDF modeling meta-model was built, a hierarchical refinement modeling method of OBEISDF was proposed, OBEISDF_graph was defined, and its graphical representation was given too. Next, a state-based implementation mechanism for asynchronous data flow was proposed, and the core implementation algorithms, such as instantiation, starting and state change responding, were realized. Finally, by extending the traditional workflow engine, an implementation mechanism for synchronous data flow was proposed, and the core implementation algorithms, such as data preparation and submission, were realized.A kind of composition method based on multi-level grouping policy for OBEIS was proposed. By using the advantages of semi-automatic and automatic service composition methods, multi-level grouping strategy for OBEIS was proposed, by which OBEIS could be divided into functional groups and semantic groups. For the semantic group, a kind of finding method based on the semantic correlation degree for abstract OBEIS chain was proposed. For the functional group, a kind of selecting method based on a fuzzy QoS model for concrete OBEIS chain was proposed.A task-oriented system for OBEIS– TOSOBEIS was designed and implemented, of which the general framework, software subsystems and key services were constructed. The application in some manoeuvre validated the feasibility, effectiveness and correctness of the proposed theories, methods and the system constructed in the paper.
